Please find attached evidence via video of how we left the property in better condition that when we vacated along with videos illustrating the tumultuous issues we experienced during our tenancy to the extent the landlord had to allow us to vacate.

The landlord throughout caused us great distress and inconvenience throughout. The deposit is a comparison of the condition before and after and he is trying to use our deposit to make improvements to his badly maintained home.
